We have recently changed our online booking provider. You will now be able to book your doctor’s appointments via this website. We hope this will be simpler and easier for you to use.
What you need to know:
You will need to register once so that you can book your appointments online. Please ensure your Medicare Card details are current and have been updated at our surgery.
You can register family members in your account and then make appointments on their behalf.
You can book a standard appointment only (between 10 and 15 minutes) – please call the surgery if you require a longer appointment.
You will receive an email notification confirming your booked appointment.
You can cancel your appointment online. If you cancel your appointment with less than 3 hours notice, doctors have the right to charge a Non-Attendance Fee. Please advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
If you cannot find an available appointment for your usual doctor or need an urgent appointment, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you are a new patient, you will be unable to book your first appointment with us online. Please call to book your first appointment, and once you have you will be able to book all future appointments online.
