Turning Point Support will always offer a safe, participant-focused service where you remain in control of your support.
Our support coordinators will provide you factual information every step of the way and ensure you are able to make informed decisions while having your voice heard.

Your provider’s role is to deliver safe, person-centred supports and services.

An independent advocate’s role is to represent you – and only you – without conflict or competing interests.

Providers can share factual information about NDIS services and refer you to independent advocacy organisations. But they cannot represent you as your advocate.

Separating these roles keeps boundaries clear and your rights protected.

📢 Updated NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26 prices released in October are effective today, 24 November 2025. This includes the new price limit for art and music therapies.

NDIS providers, participants and their families and carers are encouraged to review the pricing arrangements page for all up-to-date pricing information and documents.
