Remembrance Day marks the end of fighting on the Western Front on November 11, 1918. The name was changed from Armistice Day to Remembrance Day after World War II ended in 1945. It has since become a day to remember the service and sacrifice of those who have died since World War I.

Every year, one minute of silence is held at 11am on November 11. This is the time to remember a relative, friend or ancestor, or reflect on the sacrifice of those who have served and died in war.

They shall grow not old as we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

For those that have served I would personally like to say thank you. Thank you for your service and sacrafice.

Well what an experience it has been.
There are moments in life that we are asked to step up and step in.
These last few weeks have been one of those moments in life.
Time to step up and be real, to step into the unknown and grow.
From the first anxious morning to the powerful ending of the week
Feeling every moment and allowing myself to go deeper.
To dive right in and find out what I am made of.
To share a space with people from all walks of life who were there with you, to grow , to be safe together and to launch ourselves into the future.

We never know what is just around the corner.
What ever stage in life that you are at good or bad
But what is good or bad?
It is an experience with lessons learnings for you
It is what you take away from that experience
You create you reality.

Ultimatley no matter where you are at, you control the outcome and how you move forward.
It is in those dark places where you feel like all hope is gone.
When we are asked to rise
Without darkness can we really enjoy the light.
These are the moments we can step into our greatness.
We can make the decision to change our journey.

Rise up go and get it create and find a path to what you want.
It is only ourselves that are getting in the way of our own future.
Nothing else is stopping you getting to where you want to be in life.
Set you goals and make it happen

I am so grateful for every experience in my life
For it has lead me to this moment in time.

Everything we do is passed down to the next generation.
The next generations model of the world is created from the world that we present to them.

This can really make us think about what we present to our children.

They are always watching
They see what we eat
How we workout and how much we workout
How we treat others
They learn our mindset what we do when we are challenged.
All of these thigs effect our children but also effect our bodies and the more aware we can become of this the more we are able to pass down to the next generation!

We have the power to create and awaken the conciousness in out children!

Why do we do it ?

At some stage as we are growing and working on ourselves we will all reach a point where we hit the wall. Where it all seems to get harder and harder.
No matter what we are doing to progress it feels like we are standing still or even moving backwards.
It is at these points in our journey that we need to realise that there is a reason the we are being tested. We are being asked is this what you really want.
Are you willing to take this setback as a challange and keep moving towards your goal?
Is this what you are really working towards and want or will a little setback make you stop?
This is where your mindest needs to be right. Postive and driving you forward?
With a positive mind a stepback will drive you to push even futher towards your goals.
Is this place we are powerful we are strong because we are moving towards what we really want!
Keep striving for what you want!
Dont stop or settle at the first hurdle!

6 week program by Daniel Hill Personal Training, change your relationship with fitness. Many clients go through a 12 week program, only to walk away from it and everything fall down hill again.

These workouts are created specifically so you can do them at home post the course and change your mindset to want to nourish your body.

Whats involved?

• 6 week body, mind and soul journey
• 3 sessions per week (1 online, 2 face to face – online optional)
•Tuesday online, Thursday 6pm-7pm and Sunday 4pm-5pm in Reynella
•Lifetime access to our private group

🎯 Outline of the course:
Week 1:
•What is your current relationship with fitness, how to change your relationship around fitness and nourishing your body.
•Tailored group workouts, breathing and recovery

Week 2:
•Understanding how breathing, stress levels and your focus affects your relationship with fitness. Learn to love your body and fuel the vehicle which you live in
•Tailored group workouts, breathing and recovery

Week 3:
•Understanding your mindset, body movement, muscles and how they all link together
•Tailored group workouts, breathing and recovery

WEEK 4:
•Start implementing a new mindset, vibration and motivation around your fitness

Afternoon energy booster through the breville juicer!

Ingredients:

Kids love this one, this combo it's rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and iron with the Dragon fruit. Watermelon is known as the heart fruit, hydration and can be know to help lower blood pressure. So good!

Just believe in yourself.

Take that shot, give it a try, it could change everything within you and your life all from one small step.You can change your whole life, if I can do it so can you.

2 years ago I was a completley different person to who I am today. I smoked a packet of ci******es a day, drank to much ice coffee need sleeping tablets to fall asleep and ate junk food most nights of the week. At my lowest point when enough was enough I knew I had to turn around my life not just for me but for my family.

So I embarked on a journey one that I am still on today. I started eating healthier, quit smoking excersieing and started going to sleep earlier without the need for medication. You may be asking what was the difference what was the magic cure.

The secret is that there is no secret when we start fueling our bodies properly we start usuing our bodies as they were intended to be used and we start thinking better changing our mindset from the victim to the king. It is all in your own mind and the only one that can change it is you.

Are you going to do everything the same as you always have?
Are you going to struggle up the stairs to the top of the building?
Do the extra kilograms that I have put on really hurt?

Or changing your mindset....

What if I make a small change and I start to improve?
What if I train all months and feel better than I ever have?
What if I give up smoking and can breath in life again?
What if I ate healthier and it did give me more energy and I started feeling better?

The only person that can make that change for you is you, as your the master of your own destiny.
