6 week program by Daniel Hill Personal Training, change your relationship with fitness. Many clients go through a 12 week program, only to walk away from it and everything fall down hill again.
These workouts are created specifically so you can do them at home post the course and change your mindset to want to nourish your body.
Whats involved?

⢠3 sessions per week (1 online, 2 face to face â online optional)
â¢Tuesday online, Thursday 6pm-7pm and Sunday 4pm-5pm in Reynella

Week 1:
â¢What is your current relationship with fitness, how to change your relationship around fitness and nourishing your body.
â¢Tailored group workouts, breathing and recovery
Week 2:
â¢Understanding how breathing, stress levels and your focus affects your relationship with fitness. Learn to love your body and fuel the vehicle which you live in

Week 3:
â¢Understanding your mindset, body movement, muscles and how they all link together

WEEK 4:
â¢Start implementing a new mindset, vibration and motivation around your fitness

Week 5:
â¢Setting new intentions, beliefs around fitness and your body

Week 6:
â¢Future goal setting, future care of your body and future mindset action
