I've heard lots about juice cleanses, some good, some not great. But before I make judgements, I'd rather see for myself and I always think if something gives you the results you want, then you can't argue with it. So today I am starting simple with a one day juice cleanse from the I can't describe how amazing the colours of these juices are, one down, 5 to go. Of course added some extra reiki infusion to super charge them too :)

I have had the pleasure of using the beautiful space at the Good Hub and the sessions there have been amazing, currently I am working with mothers down at WOW Sensory at Morphettvale on Mondays and then all other days are by request. Reiki WHAT?? Ever wondered what on earth it is? Reiki translates to universal life energy which is available to everyone. Reiki Practitioners act as a conduit for this energy when working hands on or off with clients, allowing the universal light to come in and through them. The energy flows to where it is needed the most and most practitioners will focus on balancing your 7 chakra points.

Each session will be different, many experience heat, cold, tingles, vibrations or simply nothing at all - All very normal!
