Reflections: before going in to study my course, I was never concerned about my client's posture and found it such a difficult process to push them to change posture naturally. So much affects it: weaknesses/strength of the structure, stretching, lack of movement and exercises, mental/physical/emotional stressors and the person's personality to be able to deal with them, position of sleep, unsupported weight distribution, etc.
I think I felt freedom in my treatments once I listened to my coach stopped trying to change their posture when it is unnecessary for their well-being and focused on individual needs, and then directing/supporting their musculoskeletal structure to support daily activities and stressors. The improvments immediately indicate the body that it is ready to take on any challenges once inflammation, frustrations and exhaustion aro reduced.
But that is what I have been observing as I'm working with my clients.
