Hi everyone,

I am happy to announce that I have opened my books for nature-based sessions for 2024 🌿

For those who aren't aware, I offer 1-on-1 counselling sessions in Adelaide's beautiful nature spaces.

Each session is an explorative journey unfolding in a specific location of your choice. The exploration occurs internally and externally as we walk, sit and lay in supportive natural surrounds.

It's been over three years that I've been offering these sessions and I am always humbled by the way the location weaves into and supports the therapeutic process.

These sessions can be one-off for a particular subject you wish to explore or an ongoing practice of multi-dimensional healing and growth.

Day 3

In our Forest Therapy Training, we are utilising mindfulness tools in a natural environment to experience and facilitate greater well-being.

One technique we are learning is to use a magnifying glass as a way of FOCUSING our attention on the minutae of the forest.

This helps us out of our habitual ways and content of thinking and into an experience of presence and curiosity.

I'll be guiding a group of 15 participants in this and a number of other activities that facilitate stress reduction and emotional regulation in a magical forest setting.
