VINYASA is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. This class features several elements of traditional Ashtanga yogaβincluding sun salutations, standing poses, dynamic stretching, and pranayama breathing.
This practice is aimed at building strength, endurance for the muscles, bones, ligaments improving flexibility in the stiff areas of the body as well as balancing hormonal levels, especially stress.
