Ardha Matsyendrasana II
This variation of Ardha Matsyendrasana I, in which a deeper twisting of the spine takes place.
Technique
1. Sit on the floor and extend your legs in front of you.
2. Bend the right leg at the knee and place the foot at the base of the left thigh, pressing the heel against the navel.
3. With an exhalation, turn your body 90° to the left. Unfold your left arm from the shoulder joint.
