Valentine’s Day usually looks like this 💐🍫💘

And honestly, most of us love it 🥰

Bonus points for your man if he goes to such effort 😍🔥

But when you’re trying to conceive, Valentine’s hits a little different.

Suddenly the things that feel most romantic, aren’t always the obvious ones.

Things like 👇🏽

💦Him actually caring about his s***m health
🌈Getting on board with diet + lifestyle changes
🙅🏽Skipping the hot tubs + late nights
🧪Being open to testing

And reminding you that you’re in this together ❤️

TTC has a way of shifting what “effort” looks like. And when both partners contribute equally on their journey, everything feels a little lighter 🫶🏼

If you’re navigating fertility as a couple and want guidance that supports BOTH of you, that’s exactly what I help with 💕

Share this with your partner as a very subtle V-Day hint 💌🤪

Here’s the thing….

Your fertility journey won’t change because you push harder or do more.

It changes when the right areas are finally supported AND the full picture is taken into account.

I often see women who have been told everything looks “normal”, yet their body is clearly under stress in ways that don’t always show up on routine tests.

😵‍💫Their nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight.
🥷Cortisol is hijacking progesterone production
🍬Blood sugar chaos is throwing off hormone balance
🔥Gut dysbiosis is causing Inflammation and immune dysfunction, impacting egg quality, hormones, ovulation & implantation.
🦋And a normal TSH, hides the fact thyroid function is suboptimal, impacting hormones & the menstrual cycle.

There’s rarely one single cause or one quick fix. Because fertility is influenced by the health of your WHOLE BODY and everything is interconnected 🕸️

When you look beyond surface-level results and finally understand which foundations need support, the rest responds fast.

Just as importantly, having the right support in place to help you uncover the root cause to your fertility struggles is a game changer!

So you finally gain clarity, knowing exactly what to fix and how. And you can stop trying to piece everything together on your own.

What you eat on a regular basis can positively influence your fertility more than most people realise.

Your nutrition and the foods you consume consistently can help to support:

✨ Hormone production & balance
✨ Egg & s***m quality
✨ Gut health, immune function & inflammation
✨ Ovulation, implantation & a healthy pregnancy

These are some of my favourite fertility fueling foods you’ll find inside my fridge and what I recommend to include as part of an overall nutrient-dense, whole food dietary pattern. These aren’t “superfoods” and it’s not about having to eat perfectly.

These are just simple, nourishing staples that consistently give your body the nutrients it needs to function optimally 🤗

📌Save this post for your next grocery shop, and as a reminder of the simple ways you can support your fertility with nutrition 💕

If you know, you know! 🥴🙃

The TTC journey comes with a rollercoaster of emotions that only those walking this path truly understand

Behind every forced smile and “I’m fine” is a warrior dealing with feelings others can’t see

The appointments, the comments, the waiting, the small wins that feel huge.

Sometimes the only thing that helps is knowing that there’s a community of others out there who have been there, or navigating this challenging journey too and get it.

Remember all your feelings and emotions are valid. Your journey is unique, and there’s no “right way” to navigate this path.

Sending so much love if you can relate to any of these feelings 🫶🏼

What parts of TTC do you find the most difficult? I’ll go first 🎤the constant reminders of what you are desperately longing for and how much it consumes your life 😔Let me know yours in the comments 🤍

Here’s what most people don’t realise ⤵️

Stress doesn’t just come from big, obvious life events.

More often, stress shows up as the ongoing physiological load. The everyday pressures we’ve learnt to normalise and push through.

😵‍💫Your never-ending to-do list.😵‍💫Perfectionism around food, exercise, or “doing everything right.”😵‍💫The guilt after giving in to a craving and feeling like you’ve failed.😵‍💫The constant comparisons, strained relationships, past trauma, and the emotional weight of TTC itself.

From a physiological perspective, perceived stress activates the same sympathetic nervous system pathways as physical stress.
Your body responds to it through cortisol, nervous system activation, and metabolic signalling; regardless of where the stress is coming from.

And when these stressors are present day after day, they become cumulative.

That’s why fertility support isn’t about trying to “relax more.”
It’s about reducing the stress signals your body is receiving where possible.

✔ Eating regularly to support stable blood glucose and cortisol patterns✔ Avoiding chronic under-fueling and excessive training that signal physiological stress✔ Using nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support HPA-axis regulation and nervous system recovery

This is often the missing piece for people who feel like they’re doing everything, yet their body still isn’t responding the way they expect.

If this sounds familiar, I’ve created a FREE nutrition and lifestyle guide to boost fertility, which includes a dedicated section on stress management. With practical, realistic strategies to support your body throughout the day while carrying the load of trying to conceive.

We’re often taught that periods are something we just need to tolerate quietly 😥

That pain, fatigue or heavy bleeding are things we just have to push through because that’s “common or a normal part of being a women” 🙄

But your period and cycle health is actually sharing vital information with you. 🧐

It’s giving you valuable insight into your hormones, follicular development, ovarian function, ovulation, and overall health.

When certain patterns show up cycle after cycle, it’s often your body signalling that something isn’t quite right ⚠️

That might be:

🚩Nutritional gaps
🚩Blood sugar imbalance
🚩High stress or nervous system strain
🚩Or the need for deeper investigation

If you’re noticing any of these signs it doesn’t mean you need to panic or start self-diagnosing.

It’s about understanding your body better, and knowing when support could make a meaningful difference - to your quality life and fertility.

If you’re trying to conceive, your cycle can offer valuable clues to why pregnancy isn’t happening yet.

Many women I work with are surprised to learn they didn’t have to live with symptoms they’d normalised for years.

If any of these feel familiar and you’d like support looking at your cycle, nutrition, and lifestyle in a more personalised way, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Book in a complementary discovery call via the link in my bio or DM me “CYCLE” and let’s chat about uncovering what your body really needs.🤍

📍Save this post as a reminder of some of the symptoms that are often normalized but aren’t just something you have to put up with!

Trying to conceive can quickly become exhausting 🫩

I work with so many women who are worn down by tracking, restriction, supplements, and constantly questioning whether they’re doing enough or something wrong.

But here’s the thing… fertility doesn’t thrive under constant pressure.

The problem isn’t effort or discipline.
It’s that the body isn’t getting the support it needs to function well.

Supporting fertility isn’t about perfection.
It’s about nourishment, consistency, and reducing stress on the body — physically and mentally.

That often means stepping away from extremes, letting go of all the fear-based advice, and focusing on what actually supports hormones, metabolic health, and your nervous system.

If you’re trying to conceive and want nutrition and lifestyle support feels calm, realistic and is backed by science, you’re in the right place 💁🏼‍♀️✨

And if you’d like more personalised support, tailored to your unique needs and circumstances, drop me a DM and let’s arrange a chat.

TTC over 35 often comes with an intense sense of time pressure ⏰

I see so many women who feel like they can’t afford to slow down. Which can lead to doing more, restricting more, and pushing harder than their body can realistically manage.

Fertility support at this stage isn’t about urgency alone. It’s about targeted support.

Supporting egg health means nourishing consistently, stabilising blood sugars, managing stress on the body, and protecting mitochondrial function - energy systems that help eggs mature and develop 🔋⚡️🥚

Often, taking a focused few months to support these foundations can be far more effective in the long run than rushing ahead while the body is under strain.

Age matters, but it’s never the whole story 🤍

📌Save this post as a reminder of what you can control on your fertility journey.

And if you’re looking for more personalised suppprt, tailored to your unique needs and circumstances, I can help 💁🏼‍♀️DM me or head to my bio to book a free 20-minute discovery call to chat about working together 💕

Your body doesn’t prioritise reproduction when it thinks it’s under threat ⚠️

When the nervous system is stuck in fight or flight, resources are diverted away from ovulation, hormone production and cycle regulation — because survival always comes first.

And for many women trying to conceive, that “threat” isn’t one big stressful event.
It’s the constant, daily stressors that add up over time

😵‍💫never-ending to-do lists😵‍💫skipping meals or under-fueling😵‍💫high training loads with inadequate recovery😵‍💫over-reliance on caffeine to get through the day😵‍💫pressure to “do everything right”😵‍💫emotionally draining relationships😵‍💫demanding, high-stress work environments😵‍💫constantly feeling behind, rushed or on edge

Ovulation doesn’t improve in a deficit, hormones don’t thrive under pressure, and supplements can’t override a body that doesn’t feel safe or adequately nourished ❌

Yet so many women are told to simply “relax”, without being shown how to regulate, rebuild or restore what’s been depleted 😮‍💨

Fertility support isn’t about doing more! It’s about creating enough safety, fuel and consistency for the body to shift out of survival mode and back into balance ⚖️

Because when the nervous system feels supported, the body can finally focus on reproduction again 🙌🏽

✨ Less pressure.✨ More regulation.✨ Progress over perfection.

If this resonates, you’re not broken! Your body is communicating 💌
👉Comment “REGULATE” and I’ll send you my FREE Nutrition & Lifestyle guide to learn how you can support your nervous system and improve your fertility without burning yourself out 💕

When I was trying to conceive, I thought I was doing all the right things….

Eating “clean”, training hard, pushing through symptoms. 🤦🏼‍♀️

What I didn’t realise was that some of the habits I thought were helping were actually working against my fertility.

The cost? Time, energy, heartache and trust in my body 💔

Irregular cycles, low hormone levels, and that exhausting question of why isn’t this working when I was told everything was “normal”.

The biggest shift came when I stopped trying to do more, and started listening to what my body actually needed.

For me, that looked like:

⭐️ Exercising in a way that supported my hormones
⭐️ Eating enough to fuel ovulation and cycle health
⭐️ Listening to symptoms instead of normalising them
⭐️ Getting personalised support instead of trying to figure it all out alone

This is what truly helped me transform my fertility and eventually hold my rainbow baby in my arms 🌈✨

I now see this same pattern with so many women I work with.

When the foundations are supported — nutrition, sleep, stress, gut and hormone health, cycles often regulate, hormones, energy and libido improves, and fertility feels less like a battle.

It’s not about perfection or pushing harder.
It’s about understanding YOUR body and what it needs, then building the right support around you.

If you’re struggling trying to conceive and wondering if you’re missing something, you don’t have to navigate this alone.
