A hands-on workshop experience where you will learn about the healing properties of common herbs, how to blend for calming stress and anxiety, and promoting energy in your day to day life.

This workshop is for anyone curious about herbs, tea rituals, or simply wanting to slow down and sip with intention.
You’ll be guided in creating your own custom herbal tea blend by naturopath Katrina Schilling of Bunmark Health and nutritionist Anushka Malcolm of Gaia Botanica.
Together, we’ll explore the — and how to create your own nourishing tea ritual at home.
What’s Included:
