Bhetsy & Co Founder Suzanne has over 16 years of industry experience, in both Aged Care and Disability settings. Suzanne is gentle, caring and passionate about delivering quality care to individuals and will work alongside each person and their care team to ensure their needs are met, their goals are achieved and they have control over their decision making. After all, this is about the individual, their choices and dreams. This is their story to tell and their life to live.

Bhetsy & Co are searching for Casual Disability workers for Acive Overnight roles.

Applicants will need to have the following:

Police clearance
NDIS worker check
Disability in Certificate 3 or similar as a minimum
First aid certificate
Clear communication without accents
Experience supporting people who are non verbal
Knowledge of sign language and/or willing to learn
Full Driver's licence

We are searching for casual Disability support workers to join our team, specifically females at the request of female participants.

Shifts are varied, but predominantly are some weekdays from 0930 to 1500, evenings from 2015 to 2215 and some weekends.
Please note that some of our participants have pets, so if you have allergies to pet hair then this position may not be suitable for you. 😀

Workers must have all relevant clearances ( NDIS worker check, Police check, First aid , WWC check).
Driver's licence is mandatory as community access for participant is required.

Bhetsy & Co are seeking support workers for various shifts, including active nights to support several participants in their homes & the community.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- experienced in supporting individuals with complex support needs
-have good communication skills
- possess a minimum of a certificate 3 in Disability/Individual support
-hold a current police check
-have a valid NDIS worker check
-have a current first aid certificate
- hold a valid driver's licence

West Lakes SA

We are looking for casual support workers to fill various shifts across a 7 day roster.
0900 to 1130 to assist with transfers and personal care.
1300 to 1500 to assist with transfers and lunch.
1600 to 1800 to assist with transfers and dinner.
2015 to 2115 (paid for 2 hours) to assist with transfers and bedtime routine.
All shifts are 2 person assist for a female participant in West Lakes, so will ideally suit people who live local.

Must haves: NDIS worker screening, police clearance, first aid.
Female applicants only as per request of participant.
Experience using lifters is preferred, but not mandatory as ongoing training will be provided.

Today is the end of another amazing year for our participants and employees at Bhetsy & Co.

We have made new friends, engaged services with some new participants, completed lots of training, celebrated birthdays and years of service, employed new recruits and accomplished many wonderful things with our amazing participants!

I am so proud of everyone on the team and even more proud and amazed of the participants we support.
You are resilient, strong, awesome people!

I cannot wait to see what we can achieve together in 2025 😄

We are searching for some more superstar support workers to join the Bhetsy & Co team.

If you have compassion, energy, can hold a decent conversation, are adaptable and able to work alone on shift, flexible with rostering, will not shy away from assisting a participant with personal care, tech savvy and know how to play backgammon and use communication tools, then you might be exactly who we are looking for!

Oh, of course you will need to have an NDIS worker check, first aid certificate, police clearance, full driver's licence & reliable car 🙂
If you have any certificates in Disability/Individual Support or other training/study, then this is a bonus for us!
