We recently had the pleasure of delivering Neurodiversity Inclusion and Leadership Training with the team at Little Athletics SA.

Together, we explored practical strategies to support leadership teams to confidently lead and support neurodiverse staff and volunteers. The session focused on executive functioning, inclusive communication, and strengths-based leadership.

A big thank you to Little Athletics SA for their openness, engagement, and ongoing commitment to inclusion.

We truly value and look forward to our continued partnership supporting neurodiverse athletes and communities.

This morning, the team at Disability SA participated in a guided meditation session with Sarah, creating space to pause, reset and refocus.

Moments like these are important in our sector. The work we do is meaningful, complex and deeply human. Taking time to step back strengthens our ability to show up with clarity, empathy and purpose.
The session also reminded us of the concept of Ikigai, a Japanese philosophy centred on “reason for being.” It speaks to the intersection of what we value, what we do well, what our community needs, and the work we are privileged to deliver every day.

In disability services, that alignment matters. When skill, care and purpose come together, the impact is felt not just within our organisation, but across the communities we support.

We’re proud to invest in opportunities that support the well-being and growth of our team, because when our people are supported, the people we serve are too.

Thank you to Sarah for facilitating a valuable session for our staff.

We absolutely love this initiative. 💙

Representation matters, and we’re so encouraged to see Barbie partnering with Autistic Self-Advocacy Network (ASAN) to create the first-ever autistic Barbie, designed with connection, understanding, and lived experience at its core.

From sensory supports to stimming-friendly movement and sensory-considerate clothing, this doll reflects the many ways autistic people can experience and interact with the world without trying to “fix” or minimise those differences.

When children see themselves represented, it supports belonging, self-worth, and pride. And when others see that representation too, it builds empathy, understanding, and inclusion. 🌻

We love seeing mainstream brands take meaningful steps toward neurodiversity-affirming representation, this is how positive change happens.🤩
