It’s Invisible Disabilities Week!

We’re proud to be partnering with Little Athletics SA to deliver inclusive education workshops across the state, helping clubs and communities better understand and support individuals with hidden disabilities.

Together, we’re building a culture where every athlete feels safe, supported, and celebrated. 💙

Thank you to Little Athletics South Australia and the Office for Autism for championing the Sunflower initiative and helping bring awareness to invisible disabilities this week and beyond.

🌻 It’s Invisible Disabilities Week! | October 19–25

At Little Athletics SA, we’re committed to recognising and supporting individuals with hidden disabilities by creating inclusive environments where everyone feels welcome.

We’re currently working with Disability SA to deliver education workshops across the state, helping our clubs better understand inclusion and how to support athletes with hidden disabilities. This is part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring our clubs remain safe, supportive spaces for all.

🌻 The Sunflower is a simple symbol that shows someone may need a little extra support. You may have already seen it at our stadium clinics or your local Little Athletics club. Thanks to funding from the Office for Autism, we’ve been able to provide Sunflower merchandise to clubs to help support their members.
