Why we love what we do ๐Ÿ’™

Being a Developmental Educator means building meaningful connections, celebrating individual strengths, and supporting people to achieve their goals, every single day. Itโ€™s about making a difference, one relationship, one moment, and one success at a time.

๐ŸŒป A friendly reminder if you're voting in-person

If you see a fellow elector wearing a green sunflower lanyard, badge or pin, it may mean they have a hidden disability and could appreciate a little extra patience, understanding or support while you're voting.

Not all disabilities are visible, and small acts of kindness can help make the voting experience more comfortable for everyone.

Polling officials wearing a white sunflower lanyard have completed the Hidden Disabilities training to provide help in a respectful and discreet way.

We recently had the pleasure of delivering Neurodiversity Inclusion and Leadership Training with the team at Little Athletics SA.

Together, we explored practical strategies to support leadership teams to confidently lead and support neurodiverse staff and volunteers. The session focused on executive functioning, inclusive communication, and strengths-based leadership.

A big thank you to Little Athletics SA for their openness, engagement, and ongoing commitment to inclusion.

We truly value and look forward to our continued partnership supporting neurodiverse athletes and communities.
