This year, we are committed to continuing the work, our MISSION

To create safe, grounded spaces where men can slow down, breathe, and show up honestly.
To foster real connection, shared responsibility, and heart-centred support.

We believe growth comes from vulnerability, courage, and being willing to sit in the circle, not from pretending to have it all together.
This work isn’t about fixing men. It’s about walking alongside them as they build purpose, strengthen relationships, and become better versions of themselves.

Because being a man was never meant to be a solo journey.
And this is the MISSION we will continue.

We’re excited to share that Blokes Brunch is back in 2026! ☕🥐

Our first session for the year will be held on Tuesday 10 February at 10:30am.

We’ll be joined by Peter from Good Better Best Men. Peter is well known in the Morella community through his involvement in Blokes Brunch and our Friends of the Garden group. We look forward to hearing more about the work he is doing with Good Better Best Men.

Here it is… drum roll please 🥁
The video you’ve all been waiting for.

At the recent Men Leading Change event, our very own GBBM band Trust The Process took to the stage for their first ever live set - and what a moment it was!!!

In this clip, they chose a powerful cover from Linkin Park, a song that speaks to something many men know well: the challenge of expressing what’s going on inside, even when that feeling is numbness. Loud, raw, honest - and absolutely fitting for the day.

The energy was unreal. The crowd was right there with them. And the band sounded incredible for a debut performance.

Huge respect to the lads for having a crack, stepping up, and bringing music into the heart of community and change. This was about more than a song - it was about expression, courage, and showing what’s possible when men support one another.

Well done, Trust The Process.
Something tells us this won’t be the last time you see them on stage.

As we head into 2026, our Open Men’s Groups are continuing across Adelaide - offering safe, supportive spaces for men to connect, reflect, and grow together.

These weekly groups are open to all men, at any stage of life. There’s no pressure to share, no fixing, and no expectations - just honest conversation, respectful listening, and the chance to be real with other men.

Whether you’re looking for connection, support, or simply a regular place to check in with yourself alongside others, you’re welcome here.

As we head toward the end of the year, we’ve been taking a moment to reflect - and we’re deeply grateful for what 2025 has brought.

This year saw more men stepping into the work, more community centres inviting us in, and more weekly open groups holding steady spaces for connection across Adelaide. We delivered the inaugural The Journey Men’s Gathering, supported meaningful community initiatives, and continued to see firsthand how these spaces are changing lives - not just for men, but for families and communities too.

None of this happens without the commitment of facilitators, volunteers, elders, leaders, and the wider community who continue to show up with care, courage, and integrity. Together, we’re building spaces where men can grow emotionally, strengthen relationships, and live with greater purpose.

As we move into 2026, we’re carrying this momentum forward with clarity, humility, and a deep respect for the work.

Wishing you a safe, connected Christmas and a steady start to the year ahead.
We look forward to continuing the journey together.

What an inspiring day at Men Leading Change 💛

Seeing families, kids, elders, community leaders and men from all walks of life come together sent a powerful message: ending violence starts with connection, accountability and showing up.

We were deeply grateful to be part of the day - walking alongside the community, holding space for important conversations, and standing for respect and safety. The energy was strong, the turnout incredible, and the sense of shared purpose unmistakable.

A special shout-out to everyone who stopped by, marched with us, listened, spoke up, and leaned in. And yes… our very own Trust The Process band absolutely brought the vibe... video coming soon 🎶🔥

Thank you to the organisers, partners, speakers, volunteers and every person who made the day what it was. This is what community looks like when it leads with care.

Together, we keep choosing change.

If you’re an older man who’d value more connection, good conversation, and a regular place to sit with other men, this is for you.

From Friday 30 January 2026, Good Better Best Men is offering a new Older Men’s Group in Hackham West - a weekly space where men can come together to talk, listen, and connect in a relaxed and supportive environment.

This group is for older men who are retired, semi-retired, or simply looking for a positive circle of other men. It’s a place to share life experience, reflect on what matters now, and stay connected. There’s no pressure to speak, no advice-giving, and no judgement - just respectful conversation and the opportunity to be yourself.

Each week, men gather to share what’s going on in their lives, support one another, and continue growing at their own pace. Many men tell us they value having a regular space where they can speak openly, be heard, and feel a sense of belonging.
