You may have noticed I've been a bit quiet on the page lately, so I just wanted to thank you all.. to those of you who are just here, those who have messaged to check in, to those who are awaiting me to open bookings again, I truly appreciate the space and understanding as I process and progress through some lifestyle changes occurring right now. 🙏

As someone who can tend to over-intellectualise things alot, I have been focusing on connecting in with and nurturing my heart more.
It really gives the space to integrate the wisdom I have been blessed with more wisely in my experiences, encourages me to be present, embrace my power and to move healthily with this phase I am currently in.☀️

This beautiful quote stood out while I was reading, which is something I haven't done for weeks but dedicated the time to do today. 🙌

Hey lovelies. 🌻

Just a little update to inform you all, due to a few lifestyle changes currently occurring, I will no longer have space in the Barossa Valley to do in-person sessions at this stage.
I thank you all so kindly for all the support and love shown for the new space. Although short lived there, I am honoured to have had the opportunity, the experience is something I have and will continue integrating lessons and growing from gracefully. 🙏

Until it aligns again for in-person, heading forward I will only be taking bookings for online sessions, as I am still able to work from home.☀️

When one or more of our chakras are out of balance or blocked, it can lead to dysregulations, which result in physical illness and/or emotional stress.
Understanding where you are energetically imbalanced is a useful tool to assist you in going within and exploring your etheric state, to gain insight into what you are currently processing/what is moving through you, so you can increase your overall health and wellbeing. ☀️

During a Chakra Reading, I tune into your energy, scan your chakra system and provide you with a clear detailed description of the well-being of each Chakra.
This includes effects on your physical, emotional and mental health, what the underlying reasons may be behind what each energy point is telling you, with intuitive tips on how to nurture and re-align your bodies. 🌻
I also pull an 'Action Card', guided by your Guides, for an overall visual representation and interpretation for their encouragement forward. 😇

You do not need to be online for these readings, I just simply request you send a recent photo of yourself during the booking process and it will be sent to you to within 5-7 days.
Keep in mind that a chakra reading is generally very based in the present.
If you meditated earlier, you may have more openness in a reading, versus if you’ve had a tough day and then it is done. I always trust you will receive in divine timing. ✨

As of the 1st of April - no this isn't an April fools joke either 😅 Not only will I be dedicating more time for online readings, distant healings and other things I have in the works, I will also be finally offering in-person sessions, including Reiki healings! 🎉

I will be based in Nuriootpa and in my space 2 days a week, possibly a day of the weekend, but more details to be announced as they unfold! 🌻

Yesterday, my partner was holding a knife and asked me 'who got this for me?' I said 'I dont know? your pop?' He said no, so I reached out for it and as it touched my hand slightly I said 'Ted?' He said yes! I pulled my hand back because it felt like a shocking sensation which progressed into a pulsating on my hand in the exact spot it briefly touched. So I asked to hold it and as I did I saw a kitchen and then was shown a backyard in detail. He went on to express that he had gifted it to him in a kitchen and in the backyard they used to bond together alot.
I had only met Ted once in this lifetime before he passed, I didn't know these details about the knife or much about their bond as it can be a bit touchy for him so we don't speak of it much. ✨

I am just so amazed because I've been subconsciously wanting to see if psychometry is something I could do, and it just happened unintentionally for the first time! Although brief information, that's expected with someone so close to me, but that's all I need! 🥰

I'd love to try it out distantly soon! So keep an eye out in the coming days for a post on this if you are interested! 💙

I wondered where I'd be when I hit 444,444.. today was that day and it was so enlightening! 😇

Last year I wasn't making myself a priority, I struggled to focus to nurture myself when I was so consumed by everything else around me and the imbalance was shown in many ways. Emotionally I was a wreck, mentally I was scattered, spiritually I felt disconnected, physically I became drained and it took its toll.. A few days before my daughters birthday in June, I was taken to hospital by ambulance as I had overworked myself that much to the point of being found in shock and became unresponsive on my loungeroom floor, severely dehydrated.

It had forced me to slow down.
It had encouraged me to make myself a priority - as if you don't make time for your wellness, you'll be forced to make time for your illness.
It had created a spark to thrive, not survive.
It had pushed me into creating a healthier lifestyle.
It was a major stimulus for standing in my worth.

Tomorrow is my Sons first birthday party, and of course I only started shopping for everything yesterday as I tend to do, but this time I don't feel rushed, even though there's alot on my to-do list and more is added. I noticed today I feel a huge sense of peace, my thoughts are clearer and direction stronger, I'm getting it done. I am no longer carrying the weight of things I don't have the capacity for and I am going at my own pace. 🌻

I was driving home after a shop and a last-minute errand helping a friend and found myself feeling in awe of myself for the first time in a while, extremely proud of how I am navigating things lately compared to previously and a brief overview of what it took to get to this and takes to consistently work on in new ways as they unfold.. I looked down at the dash and was blessed with the synchronicity, so I pulled over to take a photo and continued on my travels feeling extra thankful for the universe and my guides for always showing support in the many ways they do! ✨

So this is your gentle reminder to be your biggest cheerleader, and know you've got a team with you every step of the way. To love unconditionally which includes yourself, to reflect and set things down as they arise so you can feel lighter, to go with your flow and pace. Be intentional about what matters to you and listen to your body rather than setting unrealistic expectations upon yourself. ☀️ 🦋

There is always well-deserved credit toward Self to be acknowledged. Take the time to do so 🙌
