Pad work is one of our favourite ways to stay active. It improves reaction time, cognitive processes, coordination and confidence — plus it’s a great way to boost mood and release some endorphins.

Honestly… sometimes the best reset is just getting outside 🌿

Today support worker Trish & participant headed to Punchbowl Lookout for a relaxed walk 😌 fresh air, sunshine, easy chats and taking things at our own pace.

Nature walks can do a lot: lower stress, lift mood, help focus and build confidence being out in the community… without it feeling like a big task.

Just showing up, moving our bodies and celebrating the small wins, one day at a time ✨

Adam + fast cars + Scott = a combo more powerful than any V8 on the track 😄
The boys spent the day at the racing soaking up the noise, the speed and the atmosphere.

Adam enjoyed every moment — meeting a friendly police officer, sitting inside a patrol car, and even taking a special walk right on the track.
