Sometimes getting back to the basics is all it takes to improve energy and make you feel good ♡

⋒Eat adequate amounts of quality lean protein - aim for 20g of protein per meal

⋒Fill your plate with colourful fruits & vegetables

⋒Drink 2-3L of water a day

⋒Feel the sun on your skin (safely)

⋒Move your body regularly with love

⋒ Get 7-9 hours of sleep each night

⋒ Do something you love daily

⋒ Limit screen time - try swapping your late night scrolling for a good book

⋒ Have fun!

Well that was a nice little break!
