Flat Feet in children occurs when the arch of the foot is lower than usual. This can cause overpronation of the foot and can possibly lead to the feet pointing outwards. I see this a lot in young children and have parents ask me what they can do to fix this. One way to help manage this are through specialized stretches and exercises.
