Still not sure? Here's a simple and delicious recipe to get you started - and trust us, you can't taste the shrooms (neither can the kids)!

Brain Boosting Bliss Balls
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup espresso coffee
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup hazelnut meal (or extra almond)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp Lion's Mane mushroom powder
1 cup walnuts, crushed
Soak dates, coffee, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a bowl for 15 minutes. Add cinnamon, almond and hazelnut meal, Lion's Mane and 2 tbsp cacao to a food processor and blitz to a crumb, then add the soaked dates with all the liquid and blitz to a dough. Remove from food processor and mix in walnuts. Scoop and roll mixture into 12-16 balls, and coat with extra cacao powder (optional). Keep in the fridge up to 3 weeks - if they last that long!
