Increasing strength is super important, particularly as we age! Increases in strength and completing regular strength training has been shown to be associated with increased health and performance outcomes. Such as: improved bone density (reducing your risk of osteoporosis), improved brain health, reduced risk of sarcopenia (severe muscle mass loss), improved balance (reducing your risk of falls), improved mental health and improved quality of life.

Strength is also important for many daily tasks. Such as: carrying the groceries, being able to stand up from a low chair, being able to pick up your grandkids and even being able to put on your socks! It may seem silly but being strong is super important and has so many benefits!

Do you always struggle to find time and remember to do your home exercises given to you by a health professional ?

Or do you sometimes forget to do any exercise in general?

Here’s some tips for you:
✔️ Write in your diary what time you’re going to do your exercise
✔️ Stack your exercise with other morning/night routine habits
✔️ Set an alarm
✔️ Do your exercise with a friend or family member
✔️ Mark off every day in a diary or on a calendar that you do your exercise, with a weekly goal of how many times you would like to complete it

Hopefully this helps you achieve your exercise goals!

Our first round of programs will be released shortly.

This means you can purchase an online exercise program that you can safely complete in your own home! Working on strength, balance, mobility and stability for a range of capabilities!

General programs will be released first, so let us know if you are after something more specific! Please note, no personalised programs will be available for now.
