Those of you that know me a little would know that I’m all about making simple swaps for better health.

Have you ever read the ingredients that make up your favourite sandwich bread? Some breads have a list of ingredients a mile long and some contain ingredients that don’t even sound like real food 🫣

Look for bread that has only a few (recognisable) ingredients. Sourdough is a good option 🥖

During my RESTART Program classes, I give participants lots of tips on healthy swaps to make at the Supermarket and life hacks for better health. Find out what ingredients may be making you sick. Reach out for a spot in my next cycle of classes.

I love a shortcut. Who’s with me on that 🙋🏻‍♀️

I roasted 2 trays of free range chicken thighs and veg instead of one last night and hey presto 🪄

We all have a protein packed lunch today 💪🏽

For a bit of variety, tray one was Greek lemon and oregano inspired flavours 🇬🇷 and tray two was Moroccan inspired 🇲🇦

I switched out last nights Greek salad for a slaw today and some fermented veg

Lunch prep took all of 5 minutes 🙌🏼
