Watson Care Company is proud to support NDIS participants in living safe, comfortable, and independent lives.

We’re currently looking for a dedicated, reliable gardener to help maintain our participants’ homes and outdoor spaces with care and respect.

Duties include:
- Lawn mowing
- Hedge trimming
- Weeding and garden tidy-ups
- Whippersnipping
- Rubbish removal
- General outdoor maintenance

What we’re looking for:
- A positive, respectful attitude
- Reliable and safety-conscious work ethic
- Gardening or maintenance experience (preferred, but not essential)
- A genuine interest in helping others

Requirements:
✔️ Working With Children Check
✔️ First Aid Certificate
✔️ NDIS Worker Orientation Module (can be completed online)
✔️ Valid Australian driver’s licence

- Light domestic duties
- Community access and social support

What we’re looking for:
- A warm, person-centred approach
- Strong communication and reliability
- Experience in disability or aged care (preferred, not essential)
- A passion for helping people live their best lives
