Today, we celebrate the ancient wisdom that continues to guide us toward balance, strength, and peace — **Yog**.

Rooted in India and embraced by the world, yog is more than just movement — it’s a journey inward. It unites the body, mind, and soul, reminding us that **well-being begins from within**.

📿 As the Bhagavad Gita says:
