What They Do

Disability to Ability SA provides supports and activities that focus on wellbeing, independence, and inclusion. Their services are tailored to individual goals and can be funded under different parts of an NDIS plan. Key services include:

Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching – helping participants understand, use, and maximise their NDIS plans. Animal-Assisted Experiences – hands-on sessions with goats, sheep, horses, dogs, chickens, and bees on the farm. Community Gardening – learning to grow herbs, succulents, and vegetables while connecting with nature. Our Community Access supports are designed to help participants build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections within their local community. We support individuals to get involved in social activities, develop everyday life skills, and explore interests that are important to them. This can include attending community events, recreational activities, shopping, appointments, or simply getting out and enjoying social experiences.

We are proud to currently have capacity available and welcome new participants who are looking for supportive, engaging, and person-centred community access. Our friendly and experienced team works closely with each individual to ensure activities are tailored to their goals, interests, and NDIS plans.
