• Introduced Clinical Pilates services�
• Expanded our offerings to include Paediatric Occupational Therapy�
• Welcomed our lymphoedema-specialised Physiotherapist, Olivia
�• Launched new mums & bubs services, including Pilates and aqua classes�
• Completed countless professional development opportunities across our team�
• Celebrated our 5th birthday alongside our incredible staff
�• Expanded our facilities by taking over a second pool, supporting significant business growth�
• Celebrated Steph stepping into the role of Exercise Physiology Clinical Lead�

On Saturday, the Adelaide Active and Therabees teams came together to celebrate the end of a big year at our Christmas party 🎄✨

It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on everything we’ve achieved, connect outside of the clinic, and enjoy some well-deserved fun. We’re so grateful for our incredible staff and the passion, care, and hard work they bring every day, we truly couldn’t do what we do without them.

Yesterday, some of our Adelaide Active & Therabees team members came together to celebrate a little early with a bbq lunch🍴🍔 With thanks to our lovely client, super chef, and friend Jeff. This is Jeff’s third year putting on a lovely lunch for our team and we cannot thank him enough for his wonderful efforts and delicious food 🫶🏽

Even though not all team members were able to attend, it was a great opportunity to recognise the hard work and dedication shown by our team that made this year such a strong one. Tonight we will celebrate with our entire team, to officially mark the end of a very successful year for both Adelaide Active & Therabees 🎉

The afternoon was full of laughter, celebration and even a secret Santa gift exchange! 🎅🏼

3️⃣ Pack a sensory toolkit�Include favourites like noise-cancelling headphones, fidgets, weighted items, sunglasses, or comfort toys.

4️⃣ Watch for sensory overload�Look for early signs like withdrawal, covering ears, irritability, or restlessness. Step away before it escalates.
