🚨We’ve just published our new paper in BMC Health Services Research: https://rdcu.be/eINhk

Primary care is a cornerstone of ageing safely and with dignity. Yet our study shows significant variation in how older Australians living in residential aged care homes access primary health care.
Even after accounting for residents’ health needs, the likelihood of receiving vital services depends heavily on which residential aged care home someone resides in. This variation highlights the need for improved primary care delivery in residential aged care, concordant with individual resident's care needs, regardless of where they live.
