I absolutely love the stairs!!! It's definitely my go to cardio machine if i wanted to work on my cardiovascular π if i could run on the treadmill with out being in pain after i would but my knee and my plantar fasciitis flares up to much πͺ
Even at a young age i use to play sports through school such as soccer and netball and loved my walks/hiking!! I used to love running and wish i could get back to my stamina with running with out pain π
If you don't like the stairs or find it boring or any cardio machine, why don't you watch soemthng to distract yourself or even better why don't you CHALLENGE yourself each time or a friendly competition with a friend to see how many calories you can burn in a certain amount of time π
Its hard at first but trust me it does get easier!!!! Only way your going to get good at anything is starting π―
