Taping can provide support, confidence, and short-term protection, especially during games and tournaments. But it’s not a fix on its own.

Strength, control, and proper rehab are what actually reduce re-injury risk.

The largest junior basketball tournament in the world is on again - Eltham Dandenong Junior Basketball Tournament Jan 23-26 in Melbourne.

Our partner South Adelaide Basketball Club usually takes 40 teams, and it's a great way to prep against Victorian talent to be ready for the Championship season ahead.

South families, are your players fit and ready? If not, we have times available this week and next to help your young players be ready for 7 games in 3.5 days!
