Alex and Luke are in Melbourne at the THE KNEE Acute to Capacity conference

Highlight of day 1 - the surgeon panel here talking about the specificity of pathology for exact management guiding us in post-operative management

And the common theme was being planned and thorough for successful return to sport. But it's good to prevent injuries first to keep a healthy knee. And some great discussions on conservative and surgical management of knee ACL and MCL injuries.

We'll be back in the clinic on Monday ready to look after your knees better!

Ankle sprains are one of the most common injuries in basketball — and one of the most misunderstood. 🏀

Taping can provide support, confidence, and short-term protection, especially during games and tournaments. But it’s not a fix on its own.

Strength, control, and proper rehab are what actually reduce re-injury risk.

The largest junior basketball tournament in the world is on again - Eltham Dandenong Junior Basketball Tournament Jan 23-26 in Melbourne.

Our partner South Adelaide Basketball Club usually takes 40 teams, and it's a great way to prep against Victorian talent to be ready for the Championship season ahead.

South families, are your players fit and ready? If not, we have times available this week and next to help your young players be ready for 7 games in 3.5 days!

Ever wanted to ASK A PHYSIO about your niggles or sore spots that are limiting your results?

We love helping keep people in training, in their gym sessions, doing their favourite activities!

Wednesday mornings at 10.30am in the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre gym, we'll have a physio ready to chat, answer your questions and provide quick assessments. This is a FREE service for SA Aquatic members.

Not a gym member? That's no problem, you can always message us or call the clinic to have a chat with one of our physios.

Last weekend we celebrated another happy and successful year at PSP with a team dinner at Roma in the city!

Another year of bringing in fantastic people - with Alex and Lucy joining our team. Soon we have Nicole taking a break to start her family, and we’ll welcome Maggie to fill in that role.

We’ve continued to help clients be at their best, and support community programs and sports clubs - South Adelaide Basketball Club, Diving SA, Swimming SA, Water Polo SA, Fastbreak Academy basketball, Marion Swimming Club and PhysiPole Studios Somerton Park

We're building our collaboration with the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre team and programs, and are back with Sturt Marion Thunder Soccer Club

And we’ve added a new partnership with USC Lion Volleyball, looking forward to helping them next season and beyond.

It’s been a big year! And we’re looking forward to what 2026 has ahead!!
