🎉 A Very Warm Welcome to Geoff! 🎉
We are incredibly excited to welcome Geoff to Personal Support Australia (PSA) as our new Business Development Manager and we truly feel lucky to have him join our team.
Geoff brings with him a deep passion for the disability and aged care sector, having worked since 2020 supporting people to access both NDIS and Aged Care funding, and guiding new participants and clients through their onboarding journeys with care and compassion.
With more than 43 years of marriage, two adult children, and five grandchildren (with a sixth on the way!), Geoff brings not only professional experience but also a strong sense of family, perspective, and values. When he’s not working, you’ll find him enjoying country and coastal drives which is his way of recharging and reflecting.
What truly stands out about Geoff is his genuine love for the disability sector and his belief in the dignity, fulfilment, and joy that quality support can bring to people’s lives. He’s also passionate about meaningful conversations with people who have lived experience and turning those stories into powerful podcasts that amplify real voices.

I’m passionate about person-centred disability support and love creating a calm, safe space for both clients and staff. I’m known for my clear communication, organisation, quick problem-solving and the ability to bring structure to even the busiest shifts.

People describe me as supportive, straightforward, and the person who somehow gets things done even when the universe is doing its best to make it interesting — and yes, I do it with a bit of humour along the way.

Outside of work, you’ll find me vibing to music that matches my mood and always finding little ways to keep myself busy (and sane!) because I’m not someone who can sit still for long. I love connecting with people, building trust and bringing warmth into every environment I step into.

Personal Support Australia is seeking dedicated and experienced NDIS Support Coordinators to join our growing team. If you are passionate about supporting participants to navigate the NDIS and achieve their goals, we want to hear from you.
About the Role

Responsibilities include:
Providing Support Coordination to NDIS participants
Assisting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
Coordinating supports and liaising with service providers
Developing and maintaining support plans and progress reports
Advocating for participants and resolving barriers to support
Building participant capacity to manage their own supports
Requirements

1-2+ years of Support Coordination experience is essential
Social Work background or relevant qualification is highly regarded
Strong understanding of the NDIS and operational guidelines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple participants
Reliable, professional, and client-focused

Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive participant acquisition and service growth across SDA, SIL, and community support
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with LACs, Support Coordinators, hospitals, allied health providers, and stakeholders

Hi everyone. Personal Support Australia is looking for an experienced NDIS Support Worker for Langorne Creek, supporting a male with intellectual disability who requires 3 hours of community access on a Monday and Wednesday morning to attend exercise classes and other community activities as well as 2 hours of assistance on a Friday with household tasks and cleaning per week. Must have experience and cert 3 in disability or equivalent, manual handling, ndis clearance, reliable vehicle and licence.
