Hi everyone. Personal Support Australia is looking for an experienced NDIS Support Worker for Langorne Creek, supporting a male with intellectual disability who requires 3 hours of community access on a Monday and Wednesday morning to attend exercise classes and other community activities as well as 2 hours of assistance on a Friday with household tasks and cleaning per week. Must have experience and cert 3 in disability or equivalent, manual handling, ndis clearance, reliable vehicle and licence.

I absolutely love working in support, and I’m passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives. Helping individuals with their daily routines, ensuring they feel comfortable, heard, and valued, and being part of their progress is incredibly meaningful and rewarding to me.

We are pleased to share our current vacancies for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) across South Australia. In addition to our existing vacancies, we can also source suitable SIL properties when required.
We currently have immediate capacity to support participants with:
• Supported Independent Living (SIL)
• Community Participation
• In-Home Support and Personal Care
• SDA Housing
• Therapy Services
Our experienced team is equipped to support individuals with a wide range of needs, including high clinical care and complex behavioural support. Services are available across all regions of South Australia. Depending on client support needs and funding, we are able to support a 1:3 participant ratio in a 1:2 home, and we will work with you to make sure the arrangements are appropriate and sustainable.
