What is VIVA Mutual?

VIVA is a new care provider inspired by Buurtzorg and developed by Healthy Social Care and Hessel. Mutuality is at the heart of our business, underpinned by the belief that engaged employees provide highest quality care and low staff turnover, making the initiative more successful.
