Oh my goodness what has changed in 3 years! Our lives were completely tipped on its head working to open Vital Body Wellness Centre in 2023

I literally may write a book one-day, about the absolutely crazy stories that happened over the year it took to get to this point of actually trying to open.

Looking back through the photos this week has brought many tears to my eyes, being reminded of the beauty of how our family pulls together when it's needed. ❤️

And happy tears to know how many lives have been changed through the amazing modalities we offer here, plus the love and care we give to everyone who comes in, as a family.

It's the best thing I've literally ever done in my life. Seeing thousands of people heal mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically is a wonderful thing to behold! Feeling so grateful to God.
