Days: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Availability: Throughout the year (except Public Holidays)

1. Life & Learning Outcome: Independent Living Skills
Improve daily life skills for greater capacity to live independently.

🍳 Cooking Thyme: Learn nutrition, meal planning, and preparation using fresh seasonal produce. Master kitchen hygiene, safety, and delicious recipes.

💰 Essential Skills: Practice budgeting, organising, money handling, and self-care.
