I don't know if it's just me but I don't hear much about menopause.
Jesus we have our periods for 30 years, you would think at the end of it it's time to celebrate 🥳
But NO!!
I'm not sure if I have it yet I'm one week late but I've been waking up pretty much nights sweating like it's 40 degrees then getting up going outside and shivering like I'm in the snow.
My brain fog is out of control to the point I was so worried I was getting dementia.
Women what the heck help me 😳
