Your Way Disability SA presents…
Making it Land: Strengthening Positive Behaviour Support in Practice
A collaborative professional development morning focused on practical strategies, real-world implementation, and improving outcomes for participants.
We are bringing together providers, educators, industry professionals and key stakeholders for a relaxed and practical morning focused on Positive Behaviour Support.
About the Event
We all know that writing a good behaviour support plan is only part of the job. The real challenge is making sure it actually works in practice.
This session is centred around the idea of “Making it Land” looking at how we move from plans and recommendations to meaningful, day-to-day outcomes for participants and the people supporting them.
The morning will focus on what is working, where things can fall over, and how we can strengthen implementation across different settings.
What You’ll Get Out of It
Practical ideas you can take straight back into your role
Insight into how others in the sector are approaching implementation
Exposure to tools and technology supporting Positive Behaviour Support
Honest discussion about challenges and what actually helps
The opportunity to connect with others doing similar work
Who It’s For
This session is suited to people working in and around Positive Behaviour Support, including:
PBS Practitioners
Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches
Allied Health Professionals
