🚨START TIME CHANGES 🚨

Over the next few weeks we have some adjusted start times for three Monday PM classes over the coming weeks, as we will be hosting some Running workshops for our City to Bay registrants in The Bunker.

The days affected are:
28/7 NEW start time 5:50pm
4/8 NEW start time 5:50pm
1/9 NEW start time 5:50pm
All other Monday PM sessions will run as scheduled.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however you are welcome to attend any of the workshops on these days, each start at 5:10pm!

Hi Team,
The PM class tonight is being replaced by the Nutrition for Runners seminar for City to Bay tonight.
All other classes will run like normal this week.

Starting next week on Monday we begin a new training block.
Below is a breakdown of what each day will look like:

Monday - Whole Body Strength
Primary focus will be back squat strength
Secondary goals being bench press strength and pistol squat development

Tuesday - Hybrid
Primary focus will be on pull-up strength
Power clean development continues whilst building posterior chain and core capacity

Wednesday - Conditioning
The focus will be building longer sustained aerobic efforts as we work towards the C2 Marathon

Thursday - Whole Body Strength
Primary focus will be on developing the overhead squat
Each fortnight the secondary goal will rotate between deadlifts and snatches

Friday - Hybrid
Primary focus will be clean & jerk strength
We'll also be developing handstand push-ups and kipping pull-ups

Hey everyone,

Due to unforeseen circumstances the 6:30am session this Monday 27/11 will be cancelled.

There will be open gym from 7:00-8:30am instead to allow those who want to come in for the session the opportunity to still train.

Classes Tuesday-Friday 6:30-7:30am are still running.
