This is so true!

Being diagnosed later in life it's like watching a TV show with a huge plot twist revealed at the end of the season and then re-watching it with this new knowledge, picking up on all the foreshadowing, and getting upset that you didn't see all of it before.

Getting close to finalising my fidget bracelet. I love the caterpillar fidget which sent me down this rabbit whole of making something similar that I could wear to work.

Tomorrow I'll get it road tested by Mr 6, see if it holds up!

I made a fidget!!! Inspired by the caterpillar fidget, I wanted something that was more jewellery-like. The moonstone beads roll, and the band flexes 👏

I love this! So often when I write an email, I write this full page explanation of what I am doing and why I need the thing I am asking for, only to delete the whole email.

When clear and direct is to long winded, but to the point is to blunt...

One of my current interests is researching my family tree. Its like a giant puzzle. I really like all the discoveries. Last night I found the military record of my great great grandfather, who was wounded in WWI. Amazing as my father didn't even know he fought in the war!

Being the details orientated individual that I am, I have to admit to getting a bit of kick out of getting past road blocks others seem to have hit. I never said I was nice 😄

This is my awkward introduction. I am a neurodivergent mum to a tribe of neurodivergent boys. I speak sensory processing, "it's not fair", and "you know what really triggers me" fluently.
