Autism Inspirations by Lexie and Louise

We are Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners with a focus on improving quality of life & inclusion for Autistic and otherwise Neurodivergent individuals. About Lexie and Louise:

We have worked together, for and with the Autism community in many capacities, for many years and share a mutual respect for each other’s Neurodiversity affirming knowledge and skills. We have worked with autistic individuals of all ages from the early years through to adulthood and in many contexts, including childcare centres, educational settings, day options, home, community settings and workplace settings. Our bespoke training and consultancy experience will support you as a parent, carer, autistic individual, employee, business, support provider, community member, professional, team and Education provider. Sharing a commitment to continuous learning and positive engagement in our work with autistic individuals, their families and the community, as well as lived experience within our families, we strive to ensure that authentic autistic voices are heard and supported. The light bulb logo is important to us as we try to inspire others to have "light bulb” or “ah-ha moments” through our training and consultancy services, from what we have learned working with autistic individuals or what we have been able to learn through research and lived experience to share with others. With well over 50 years of collective experience within the fields of Neurodiversity and disability we aim to see things from everyone’s point of view and understand how to apply that to best support your unique needs and situation.
