I’m delighted to announce that Midweek Reset Meditation (free & online) is back from Wednesday 2nd September – with a fresh new format:

🕰 New time: 7:30–8:15pm ACDT (your weekly evening reset)
⏳ Longer sessions: 45 mins, including guided meditation, reflection + discussion
🌱 Monthly themes: A new theme each month to practise together and in between sessions.
💌 Follow-ups: Occasional reflection notes (no weekly reminder emails)

I’m really excited about this new format- the new monthly themes will give us a chance to deepen and dedicate our practice in one area over four weeks before we move on to the next 😌

What’s my passion? I created the Mini Reset Retreats because I saw a need (in myself and in others) for a space where we could pause, reflect, and gently reconnect with what really matters.

So often, we’re navigating stress, transition, or emotional fatigue behind a brave face. We carry on, for work, for others, but forget to check in with ourselves.

This retreat is my offering to you:
A sacred space to soften, exhale, and remember your own goodness.

On 27 September, in the natural beauty of the Adelaide Hills, we’ll spend a day together immersed in mindful movement, guided meditation, heartfelt reflection, nourishing food, and the healing rhythm of stillness.

That is why, together with Professor Liz Farmer and Dr Don Cameron, we are thrilled to be offering a Radical Reset Retreat (Thursday, 28 August to Sunday, 31 August 2025), - a restorative 3-day experience designed exclusively for health professionals, to step away from the constant demands of your profession and reconnect with your own wellbeing, surrounded by peers who truly understand.

Set in the peaceful natural surroundings of Twin Peaks of UKARIA Cultural Centre at Mount Barker Summit, SA, this intimate retreat (limited to 11 people) is designed to help health professionals:
