For over three years with the organisation, she has provided consistent, person-centred care and daily living support, while also contributing to a strong sense of teamwork. Her approach is rooted in values of patience, respect, and reliability qualities that have helped her build positive relationships with both clients and colleagues. She finds genuine fulfilment in supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence, and confidence, and continues to carry out her responsibilities with professionalism and heart.

2026 is already moving fast, but before we go too far ahead, let’s take a moment to look back at the journey we shared in 2025

The past year was shaped by people, purpose, and everyday moments that mattered from supporting daily routines and community participation to celebrating progress, connection, and growth. Each moment reflects what Care Assure stands for: respect, consistency, and person-centred support that fits into real life.

We’re grateful to the individuals and families who placed their trust in us, the support workers and leaders who showed up with care and professionalism, and the partners who walked alongside us throughout the year.

Proud to call Australia home.

Australia Day is Australia’s official national day, observed annually on 26 January. It marks the 1788 landing of the First Fleet and the raising of the Union Flag of Great Britain by Arthur Phillip at Sydney Cove.
