The East Assist Team is expanding! Ling is our new Program and Activities Facilitator, ensuring that our NDIS participants can be a part of nurturing 1:1 sessions that increase their confidence in skills across our 6 new programs 🌿

Ling helps people achieve their goals and see’s the possibilities for the futures. Her ability to bring people together for mutual enjoyment and create beautiful experiences for our clients is invaluable. She has experience in budget and purchasing management, teaching/coaching, actively listening and demonstrating. Her plan management experience and admin support for Ease Assist will continue to help our participants receive the level of care they deserve 💚

We’re looking back on our NDIS Provider Meet and Greet in November and planning our next run of industry gatherings for 2026!

Connecting with our service provider community keeps us up to date with the topics that deserve our attention, and ensures our NDIS participants receive the best care possible across the board 💚

As we step into the new year we’re grateful for the trust, conversations and progress we shared within our community this year. We attended significant cultural events, moved offices, kick started our new programs, as well as supported our NDIS participants by making their lives even just a little easier. It’s all worth celebrating and bringing into 2026! 🎉

From our Northern Territory cultural trip, we’ve brought back knowledge that now lives within our practice and will continue to ripple through the Indigenous communities we support.

Our recent Uluṟu cultural trip has been a turning point in how deeply we understand indigenous history 🌿

Our time together in Alice Springs has strengthened our cultural connections to the people and land that we support in the Aboriginal communities, and we’re so grateful for the experience and knowledge we humbly received during our time away from the office.

Last week the Ease Assist team embarked on an Uluru Trip as part of our cultural awareness endeavours. Our time away together in the sacred land of the First Nations people was so significant for us, and the experiences we shared will ripple through our work 🌿
