Vacancy Options:
2 participants (1:3 support), or
1 participant (1:2 support)
This is a spacious, modern home featuring large private bedrooms, each with ensuites, open living areas, and a fully accessible design. There is also a dedicated carer’s room with separate bathroom, ensuring support is always available while maintaining participant privacy.
Lifestyle & Living:
The home is shared with a friendly male in his early 40s who is verbal, easy-going, enjoys AFL (Crows), and has a great outlook on life. He is looking for a like-minded housemate (male or female) to share a positive and welcoming home environment. There are no behaviours of concern.
Support & Convenience:
24/7 support (including overnight) provided by Partnership Builds
Vehicle available at the house for transport and community access
Located close to shops, services, and the beach
This home offers a great balance of independence, support, and social connection in a relaxed coastal setting.

We recently supported a participant on a very special road trip to Bendigo, VIC, where she reunited with her mum and dad after 11 years 💛 It was such a beautiful and emotional experience, and she got to enjoy some truly special quality time with them. While we were there, we also made the most of the trip with a bit of sightseeing and plenty of smiles along the way. What a memorable journey for everyone involved ✨

We currently have availability in our 1:3 Supported Independent Living (SIL) home located in Flagstaff Hill.
This home offers a supportive, welcoming environment with a focus on promoting independence, choice, and meaningful community engagement. The existing supports are well-established, and the household is supported by an experienced and consistent staff team who are committed to person-centred care.
If you are currently a participant or supporting a participant who may be seeking SIL accommodation in a stable and supportive home environment, we would love to hear from you. We are very happy to provide further details, arrange a discussion, or organise a meet-and-greet if appropriate.

Flagstaff Hill – Female 1:3 SIL Home
This beautiful and peaceful home is in Flagstaff Hill, close to shops, medical centres, and essential amenities for easy daily living.

* Marion Shopping Centre is approximately 10–15 minutes’ drive from the property
* The Hub Shopping Centre (Aberfoyle Park) is approximately 5 minutes’ drive
* Colonnades Shopping Centre (Noarlunga Centre) is approximately 15–20 minutes’ drive

The property features seven bedrooms, with 3 converted into private TV rooms, plus a staff sleepover room for consistent overnight support. The home currently has one friendly, easy-going female participant, and two bedrooms will be available from February 2026.
This creates a calm, spacious, and supportive 1:3 environment ideal for women seeking a comfortable and peaceful shared home.
The house also includes a large outdoor area for relaxation and activities, and a house vehicle available 24/7 for appointments, outings, and community access.
This is a female-only home, with female staff, perfect for participants who prefer a safe and supportive women-only setting.

This morning we took some participants to Atkins Farm in Meadows and wandered through fields of stunning sunflowers 🌻 What an unforgettable experience! 💛

Today we took some of our amazing participants on an adventure to Monarto Safari Park! 🐾 On the way, we spotted some incredible animals — it felt like a mini road-trip safari! Once we arrived, we explored the park on foot, wandering along a rocky track surrounded by stunning views and colourful wildflowers. Nature really put on a show for us, and we soaked up every moment! 🌿🦓🌸
