The last sound events of the year are here! And we are so excited to share them with you 🎵

The ideas are flowing after bathing in time and space while we were away. I find ideas ‘pop’ into the mind a lot easier when I create stillness and space in my life. Giving the ideas enough room to land, whilst being quiet enough to hear them.

Our upcoming Sound Immersions are an offering for stillness and space. A container to simply be. Allowing space to drift off into a dream-like state and tap into a wellspring of creativity and inspiration.

This little piece we are building is called ‘Summertime’ (very fitting as we record this in the spring time storm 😂).

Feeling into the richness of a calm nervous system – a modern day luxury?

After spending the last few weeks away, there is a feeling of complete calm and ease in my nervous system.
And as we gear up to leave the holiday bubble and return to the normal busy flow of life – the question arises: can we keep this sense of calm and ease amongst our normal day to day busy lives? Or is a calm nervous system now just a modern day luxury? Where being busy and stressed is seen as a badge of honour…

I don’t know that I have the answer, but these are a few things that we’ll be bringing back to home life, little moments to help balance and support us:

-Step outside first thing in the morning and breath in the fresh air
-Take a few deep breaths before we eat our meals (harder than it sounds – but soooo helpful)
-A slow walk after dinner (daylight savings inspired)
-Limiting phones and TV use in the evenings

Shape the breath - shape the mind 💫

One of the most effective ways to shift our energy is through using our breath. For instance, if we slow down the exhale breath, it starts to shift us into the parasympathetic state - having a calming effect on the mind.
Try breathing in for a count of 4 and exhaling for a count of 6 for a few rounds and see if you can feel the difference..?

We have two beautiful sound offerings coming up this Spring. We are taking Sound Immersion on the road to Gawler and Old Noarlunga this November 🎵

Sound is a powerful tool that can help us to relax, de-stress and support a state of deep rest. Most of us are leading busy lives - between work, kids and running a house hold (just to name a few!). Often operating from a sympathetic nervous system – the fight or flight state.

Sound Immersion is an offering to help the body and mind relax, to replenish ourselves and re-fill our cup.
Daniel and I will be playing various instruments, and the invitation is to recline, listen and receive the sounds – nothing to do but simply just be – the magic of the sounds will do the rest 💫

This eclipse period has definitely brought about some waves on the emotional front, and to be honest sometimes it’s hard to stay motivated and keep going. But just as nature and the energy around us shifts, we are invited to lean in to it too. So whether it’s calling you inwards for rest, for reflection, for stillness, just know that whatever you are doing ‘you’ve got this’ 💪

Last night marked our debut live music performance at Papershell Farm.

An instrumental arrangement of handpan, guitar, flute and gong. A slightly nerve racking, but also a very exciting moment to share these songs in a live setting. A creation from within 🎵

There’s a lovely mix of group settings and more tailored 1:1 Sessions, depending on what you’re craving.

~ Soundscape Meditation ~ an afternoon of relaxation through sound 🎵

Join us as we embrace the slow, stillness of winter. A time to draw the focus inwards and nourish the nervous system.

Guests are invited to find a comfortable, relaxed position as they are taken through a journey of sound. This meditative experience uses sound to anchor the mind, helping you stay present, while deeply relaxed.
