Stay calm, stay home and stay connected. As the second lockdown commences in South Australia you may be starting to think “oh no, here we go again!”. Remember we are all here, send a message of support or check up on somebody who may live alone, they may be elderly or have a disability. FaceTime them, video call through Viber or WhatsApp or just a plain and simple phone call to a landline. As humans we are very sociable beings and times like this can hit us hard. Isolation is not easy, but remember the vulnerable, who is some cases have not left the house since March/April. Or carers who are looking after family members at home.
But we can do this,
keep strong,
keep safe
We are all in this together.
