Another retreat done & dusted. 🌻

It feels so special to hold space for others & let them be 100% themselves.
To truly slow down.
We are ALWAYS on the go, thinking of the next thing.
This weekend was a chance to have some fun, get out of our comfort zones & simply be.

Thank you for helping me bring my vision to life.

A big thank you to all of the amazing humans who gave up their weekend to hang out with me. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I’m honestly so lucky to get to call this work!
The mental health reset we all needed, ready to return to reality & keep crushing goals!

Enjoy some snippets 😊 I was on my phone a lot less than I normally would be so couldn’t capture it all.

See you later this year Normanville!

Weekend Wellness Retreat 🤎

48 hours to love on my guests, feed them oh so much food & hope they leave a little lighter (mentally) than when they walked through the door today x

If you asked me what I like about my body, I would hesitate but I would give you an answer (my eyes maybe?).

But if you asked me what I didn’t like - it would sound like a pre rehearsed list of things that made me feel self conscious, lower my self esteem & make me want to cover myself up so no one could see.

Diet culture has been in full force the past 2 decades since I was a teenager. Warping us to believe that you had to look a certain way, dress a certain way, conform to unrealistic societal expectations.

That stops now.

I’ve been working alongside & have been helping her with nutrition & food too ☺️
She has shown me that all of the ideas I thought were true regarding fashion, none of them applied to me. We both agree that when you look after yourself inside & out this radiates to those around you, which is why we are both so passionate about our jobs!

Just like nutrition is individualised, so too is how we show up & present ourselves to highlight our best traits.

My body has carried babies, birthed babies, fed babies, played sport, survived injury & illness - yet I am still so incredibly hard on myself? 👎🏼

It has to stop!!! It is stopping!!!
I no longer worry about what other people are doing or what other people will think of me, the only opinion that matters is the one I have of myself. 🫶🏼

I’m also very aware that I have little eyes watching how I speak to myself & I want her to have the confidence to be true to herself too. 💜

So, if you needed this reminder that you don’t have to fit in - you are allowed to stand out - then this is it. If you still don’t believe it, send me a message & I will give you a little pep talk to help you believe that it’s true 😘

Let’s finally put an end to diet culture 👊🏼

Recovery is everything in your 30s. 🙌🏼

Every day I make time for some kind of recovery so I can show up ready for that 60-minute game. My routine now is a mixture of Chiro, Massage, Physio, Ice Baths, Foam Rolling, Pilates, Compression Boots, Hot Baths, Magnesium Oil & Saunas.

I don’t bounce back the way I did when I was younger — and that’s the reality of getting older. 😅

I’m often competing against girls half my age, so if I want to stay competitive, the work off the court matters just as much as what happens on it. The small things — recovery, preparation, discipline, the food I eat — all add up.

I’m also very aware that every time I step on the court, it could be my last game. Nothing is guaranteed, and the risk of injury only increases with time.

That’s why every game feels precious. I’m grateful my body is still allowing me to chase the goals I’ve set for myself. 🖤🩶🤍🏆

Today I hosted my second IWD Retreat 🩵

It was extra special because I had my 2 little sidekicks in tow. They like to role play being a Nutritionist at home on their pretend laptops, I know they’re watching everything I do.

Thank you so much to everyone who came along & a special thank you to for allowing me to use the studio - you are a real life angel (even when you are making my muscles sore) 😘

I wrote this to share about why I created this event.

Today we acknowledge International Women’s Day — a day that recognises the strength, resilience, and contributions of women all around the world.
It is a day to celebrate progress, but also a day to reflect on the invisible work that women carry every day — caring for families, supporting communities, holding households together, and often putting everyone else’s needs before their own.

In conversations about health and nutrition, this matters. Because so often women are not just feeding themselves — they are feeding partners, children, parents, and sometimes entire communities. Food becomes another responsibility added to an already full mental load.

Today is a reminder that your health matters too.
Your time matters.
Your energy matters.

Taking small steps to care for your body, nourish yourself, and create habits that support your wellbeing is not selfish — it is powerful.

When women feel supported, nourished, and empowered, it doesn’t just benefit them.
It strengthens families, communities, and future generations.

So today, as we recognise the achievements and strength of women everywhere, I hope you leave here remembering one simple thing:
You deserve the same care and nourishment that you so often give to everyone else.

You don’t need to overhaul your entire life to achieve your goals.

You just need to focus on the next step.
The easiest thing you could possibly do to move you forward.

Then, when that step feels easy - you move onto the next step.
Overtime this installs confidence you didn’t know you had, you build momentum & then you look back to see how far you’ve come.

Stop stressing about the end result, just take a deep breath & work out what your next step is - the easiest thing you can do to move forward. 🤍

Surrounded by women who I can turn to, confide in, ask for help & be nothing but myself 🤍

We had so much fun today celebrating women in business but more importantly mums in business.
Juggling our dreams, chasing our goals & being present for our babies - it’s not easy! But we continue to show up!

Who run the world, GIRLS! 🤩
