There is plenty of evidence to support cannabis medicine....

A study published in CMAJ (2010) states, “A single inhalation of 25 mg of 9.4 percent tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] herbal cannabis, three times daily, for five days, reduced the intensity of pain, improved sleep and was well tolerated.”

Additionally, in 2017, the National Academies of Sciences identified supporting evidence. “In adults with chronic pain, patients who were treated with cannabis or cannabinoids are more likely to experience a clinically significant reduction in pain symptoms.”

And yet, there are still arguments about the efficacy of cannabis to help people manage chronic pain. Is daily consumption of cannabis enough to treat chronic pain?
