Are you a new or soon-to-be mum? This exercise and wellbeing group is especially for you! 👶
Becoming a mum can be exciting, challenging, and everything in between. This 8-week group offers a welcoming space to move your body gently, learn practical wellbeing skills, and connect with others who get it.
Each session includes:
✨ Gentle exercise (all fitness levels welcome).
✨ Practical mental health and wellbeing topics like sleep, nutrition, relationships and self-confidence.
✨ Time to chat, unwind and support each other.
Open to people who are pregnant or have given birth (with children aged 0 – 2). Inclusive of all gender identities.
📍 Port Adelaide Athletics Club, Langham Place, Port Adelaide.
📅 Mondays from 9 February – 30 March 2026 (except 9 March, which is a public holiday).
🕙 10am – 12pm.
You’re welcome to attend as many sessions as you can across the 8 weeks.
