It was a privilege to speak as a guest speaker alongside Daljeet Bakshi, community leader and ambassador for the South Australia Day Council.

During the session, we discussed the importance of pharmacy services, community healthcare, and mental health awareness in Australia. As healthcare professionals, it is our responsibility to educate the community about the services pharmacies provide and how they can support people’s wellbeing. 💊

I also highlighted how the The Australian Pavilion Sports Museum plays a unique role in the community not only preserving Australia’s sporting heritage but also helping reduce modern lifestyle stress and promoting mental wellbeing through sport and community engagement. 🏏

Sport, health, and community are deeply connected. By bringing people together through stories of sporting legends and positive experiences, we can encourage healthier lifestyles and stronger communities.

Thank you to everyone who attended and continues supporting initiatives that promote health awareness, mental wellbeing, and community connection in South Australia.
