No Hyrox, no CrossFit Games.

If that’s your thing, we celebrate you. Not just for what you can do, but for who you are.

For the effort behind the fitness, for your consistency. For choosing yourself - over and over again.

But you don’t have to be fit to fit in with us. And you don’t have to chase extremes. You just need to move for you, not for anyone else.

Because fitness doesn’t need a fanfare.

The real power is how it carries into the rest of your life.

Whoopsies! 😅

What a brain fog - we showed you our awesome new cable equipment last week…

But did we mention we also got a whole new CARDIO WALL?

Yes, a whole wall of it 😍 she’s new and she’s beautiful.

Oh, we also forgot to mention…

Slide 4 - our awesome new cable gear is DOUBLE SIDED - she’s got racks on the other side, loads of space for bench press, squats, whatever you fancy 🤓

Slide 5 - welcome to BB’s pride and glory, our 2 new beautiful glute machines. A way better way to load up a hip thrust 🫶🏼

Last week we shared a little piece of our epic gym upgrade - but let’s not forget the Studio…

She’s gained a gorgeous sacred geometry piece - the Torus.

We chose the Torus for the Studio because it represents the natural and infinite movement of energy in all living things: a continuous loop of giving and receiving, expansion and return.

A beautiful vision to have in front of you every time you practise Yoga or Pilates with us.

In other Studio upgrade news…

An honourable mention goes to our new front door - or is it our back door? 🤓 not really sure, it barely ever gets used, but sure does feel cosier now.

We’ve been quiet for a while - there has been a lot going on behind the scenes.

Now the dust has settled on our last epic gym upgrade, we’d love to show you a little peek from behind the scenes,

And most importantly, the amazing team we had helping out. It was an absolutely mammoth job - we couldn’t have done it without you 🙌🏼

Please body do as I tell you, come on body look like I want you to, damn you stomach get skinnier, come on you weak shoulders

How come I always let myself down? How come I can never stick to the demands?

Happy Birthday to Scott.

The general would be chillin’ out in the Gili Islands right now hopefully starting to unwind on what has been a huge year and enjoying 16 days of sun, warmth, peace, good music, and great company (pretty much the direct opposite of what he gets at Karmony 🤪😎)
