Our Pilates Mat, Fitness classes, Strong & Stable, Bone Builders, and GLA:D are moving to our new location at 27 Mount Barker Road

🚪 Access Details:
- Enter via the rear glass doors at the end of the laneway
- Please wait downstairs until your class start time
- Let the previous class exit before heading upstairs
- A dedicated area is available for removing shoes and storing belongings

We can't wait to have all PPP classes under one roof!

For Jean (our lovely reception superstar), it’s staying active for life.

“I love walking and yoga. I add resistance training because I know that as I get older, keeping my muscles and bones strong matters more than ever, so I can keep going on hiking adventures with friends.”

New to Pilates? Or feeling like your technique could use a reset?

Our Back to Basics class focuses on the fundamentals — core mat exercises, clear instruction, and no added props or variations. Just quality movement, refined technique, and a strong foundation.

👉Anyone wanting to refine their technique

Small groups. Physiotherapist-led. Supportive and detailed instruction.

We’ve added a squat rack and barbell to support your strength training—safely and with confidence.

This is ideal if you:

➡️ Attend group rehab classes and need to progress your challenge when things start feeling too easy

➡️ Want to refine your squat, deadlift, or barbell technique for the gym

➡️ Are experiencing niggles and would like your lifting technique assessed

➡️ Have been keen to use barbells but aren’t sure where to start

Our Story

Established in 2002, Physio Pilates Proactive is located in Stirling in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. We offer Physio and Pilates 7 days per week. Our physiotherapists have over 200 years combined experience. All of our Pilates classes are taught by physiotherapists which means you will be safe and any injuries you may have can be managed by properly qualified instructors. We offer Mat, Strength and Conditioning, Strength and Balance, and Group Equipment classes. Our practice has a strong sense of community which our clients tell us is quite unique.
