Winter Yin & Myofascial Release Workshop – Saturday 20th June 2-4.30pm

As we move towards the Winter Solstice, this 2.5-hour workshop invites you to slow down, restore and reset. Combining Yin Yoga with guided myofascial release using RAD Rollers and a Blackroll Mini, you’ll work gently through the fascia, joints and nervous system to release tension and improve mobility.

Expect long-held Yin shapes, targeted release work for the feet, legs, spine and shoulders, and calming breathwork to support deep relaxation.

Ideal if you’re feeling tight, fatigued or simply in need of a reset. Suitable for all levels.

Workshop is $59 or $79 if you would like your own Blackroll Mini Roller.

Pilates Unwined!

Ease into your Friday evening with our new Pilates Unwind class at 5pm. It’s a slower-paced session designed to help you release tension, restore mobility and transition out of a busy week. With a focus on controlled movement, gentle strength and stretching, this class leaves you feeling longer, looser and more grounded.

To make it even more inviting, we’re adding a little extra. After classes on the 1st and 29th May, and 26th June, join Rachel after class and Unwind over a glass of wine and a touch of cheese. A simple way to relax, connect and ease into the weekend!

Our Story

Established in 2002, Physio Pilates Proactive is located in Stirling in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. We offer Physio and Pilates 7 days per week. Our physiotherapists have over 200 years combined experience. All of our Pilates classes are taught by physiotherapists which means you will be safe and any injuries you may have can be managed by properly qualified instructors. We offer Mat, Strength and Conditioning, Strength and Balance, and Group Equipment classes. Our practice has a strong sense of community which our clients tell us is quite unique.
