The whole EP. EP. Team was SUPER excited to recently attend an event with Dr. Stacy Sims. Dr Sims was joined by Sarah Grynberg, mindset coach and host of the chart-topping podcast A Life of Greatness for a powerful conversation about some of the most critical questions in women's health, perforamnce and purposeful living.

We loved learning more about science-backed health and training strategies, emotional resilience and mindset tools to thrive in work and in life, and honest storytelling that empowers women to work with their bodies, not against them.

It was great seeing so many of our clients in the audience too!

Congratulations to our very own Lori who won 1st place in the AUS Novice Wellness class at the ICN Australian Pro and Amateur 2025 Championship in Canberra last month!

As if this wasn't amazing enough, Lori also won:
âś… 2nd place in the AUS Open Wellness Class 2
âś… 4th place in the AUS Novice Sports
âś… 5th place in the AUS Open Sports

AND this was all after winning 1st place in the SA Open Wellness Class 2, 2nd place in SA Novice Sports and 3rd place in the SA Open Sports at the State championships!

We'll be focusing on maintaining proper body alignment through the use of core and back muscles, which is crucial for functional efficiency and preventing injuries.

Lori, Eliza and Audrey recently represented the EP. EP. Studio at the 2025 St Andrew's Breast Care Luncheon at Adelaide Oval.

For over 25 years, the St Andrew's Breast Care Luncheon has been a cherished event, designed by their specialist Breast Care Nurses to directly support their patients at a significant time in their lives.

Every element of the luncheon is thoughtfully created to help those going through breast cancer access reliable information, practical education, and meaningful support, and ensure no one faces breast cancer alone.

Lori, Audrey and Eliza shared the EP. EP. Studio values and the way we support women across their lifespan, particularily at crucial health points that women may face - like navigating breast cancer and the challenges they may face post treament. We love to support women in rebuilidng their strength, confidence and bone health.

Thank you to St Andrews Hospital Inc and the St Andrew’s Hospital Foundation for hosting such a wonderful event!

"I love working with women after having a baby/babies (sometimes this might be YEARS after you've actually had your children - you are postnatal for life!) to support them in returning to movement, rehabilitating and reconnecting to their new bodies to be strong and confident like they've never known before. Because after you have a baby - you change...in the best way.

"I recognise how important it is to work with someone you trust and who you know will listen and meet you where you are on any given day - which can be showing up despite the endless list of demands, sleep deprivation or emotional overwhelm.

"I know this all too well, as I've been there (I am there!). I know how supportive and nurturing movement can be, and recognise that carving out time for yourself is hard, but also a total game changer.

"Sometimes your approach to strength training needs to be stripped back before you can progress forward. Let our expertise guide you on making progress for your lifts or exercises you are finding yourself at a stalemate on. Join Our Team!

We are looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team at the EP. EP. Movement Studio, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

New grad or about to finish your degree? Yes, we would LOVE to hear from you too! Please apply if you vibe with what we do!

This is an incredibly exciting time to work at the EP. EP. Movement Studio, with the establishment of a second studio in Flinders Park alongside our well-established Melbourne Street site. We are also one of the few providers of the ONERO program in Adelaide (a program we have been running for over five years now).

At our studio, we go beyond simple hand weights and therabands. You’ll be involved in:
âś… 1:1 Consultations: Working closely with clients, including new ones, to develop personalised exercise programs.
âś… Group Classes: Planning and leading classes that vary in intensity and level.
âś… Dedicated Admin Time: Receiving dedicated admin time to keep on top of notes, reports, and letters.
âś… Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborating with other practitioners and contributing to a positive team environment.
âś… Professional + Personal Development: Opportunities for in-service training, learning from other professionals and mentoring for both professional and personal growth.

We are looking for someone who is warm, friendly and approachable, able to build rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds, and is comfortable working independently and as a part of a team. We also value someone who has a good sense of humour, is able to have a laugh, and brings fun into their day with clients and colleagues alike.

As a team, we believe in supporting each other, sharing knowledge, brainstorming, and collaborating. We provide (and encourage!) regular 1:1 touchpoints with management and senior EPs. With many long-term clients who have been with us for seven+ years, our team cherishes the opportunity to share in their health and exercise journeys. Today is World Osteoporosis Day and this year's theme is 'It's Unacceptable!' - putting the spotlight on the persistent and preventable crisis in osteoporosis care.

Osteoporotic fractures are among the most frequent and serious of health events, but continues to be underdiagnosed and undertreated globally. Fragility fractures due to osteoporosis can be devastating, leading to chronic pain and disability, loss of independence and increased risk of further fractures.

Many people think osteoporosis is just an inevitable part of ageing - but it's not! It's largely preventable and definitely treatable!

This is one of the many reasons why we are so passionate about bone health here at the EP. EP. Studio.

We are one of the few licensees in Adelaide for the ONERO program - a research-backed, evidence-based programme utilising exercise to manage osteoporosis and low-bone density. We have been helping clients manage and improve their bone density with ONERO since 2019 - with some incredible results along the way!

Exercise provides a multi-beneficial approach targeting not just bone density, but also improved muscle strength, balance, capacity for daily tasks, and general health and wellbeing.

Today on World Menopause Day we're focusing on the role of lifestyle medicine in menopausal health, which is something we are SO passionate about here at the EP. EP. Studio.

Exercise during menopause offers benefits for both managing menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings, and weight gain, and for long-term health by maintaining bone density, reducing cardiovascular disease risk, and improving mental wellbeing.

The best exercise for menopause is a combination of aerobic exercise, strength training, and balance exercises - all things we offer at the studio through our STRONG, Onero Strength, Bones and Balance, and HIIT/SIT classes!

All our EPs are experienced in putting together tailored exercise programs for women experiencing menopause symptoms, and can provide expert advice, guidance and support as you navigate these changes to your body.
