Meet our Grange Road Studio Instructors!

❤ Phoebe - Phoebe’s interests include active rehabilitation with a strong focus on building capacity for independence and achieving recovery, supporting women to manage osteoporosis and osteopenia, programming and rehabilitation for pre and postnatal women, and women’s health conditions (such as endometriosis, PCOS and pelvic-related symptoms).

❤ Eliza - Eliza loves working within women’s health and supporting women across the lifespan to move and exercise optimally. She also has an interest in osteoporosis and bone health and neurological conditions (such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, MS and autism).

❤ Erin - Erin has an interest in strength training for beginners, women (including peri and post-menopause) and osteoporosis clients, exercise programming for pregnancy and birth, musculoskeletal injuries and niggles (especially lower back and hips), and women’s health conditions (such as prolapse, menopause, pre and postnatal, endometriosis and PCOS).

❤ Lori - Lori’s EP interests include osteoporosis and osteopenia, chronic pain management, chronic condition management (such as pre-diabetes, Type II diabetes, cancer and neurological conditions), exercise for mental health and improving quality of life, and chronic and acute musculoskeletal injuries (such as lower back, hips, knees and shoulders).

As you can see, our EPs at Flinders Park have a diverse range of interests and skill sets, allowing us to support a wide range of goals, conditions and stages of life.

It's Overhead Month at the EP Studio!

The overhead press builds upper-body strength and muscle, but also serves as a full-body functional exercise that improves posture and shoulder health and enhances overall athletic performance.

We know that overheads are often everyone's least favourite lift and progress can sometimes feel slow and frustrating.

That's why we're going back to basics this month and focusing on our technique, as well as building strength in the key muscles used in this lift (think triceps, upper back and pectorals).

Maybe this is the month you can try to push past that sticking point with this lift and increase your weight? Or maybe this is the month to really fine-tune your technique and grow your confidence.

We had our first Team Session for 2026 in January and managed to jam a HUGE amount of goodness into a short amount of time.

We kicked things off with some incredible innovation from our one and only Chloe (who graces the reception desk). She has worked tirelessly to transform our class cards into a digital masterpiece, streamlining our systems and upleveling how we work as a team. An honourable mention to Rebecca (also wo-manning the reception desk) for the HOURS of work getting all our clients across into the new system. Ladies – we deeply appreciate you!

Our Senior Exercise Physiologist, Lori, then took us through her beautifully organised, clear and user-friendly class planner. A true one-stop location where our practitioners can plan, create and innovate all of our classes.

Finally, Dr Sally joined us once again as we explored the thinking styles of our newest team members and refreshed our understanding of what these mean for us both individually and as a team. We then dove into some creative gold – designing vision boards for 2026!

So much growth, collaboration and excitement already… and we’re only just getting started 💗

The EP Studio Run Club is hosting its first event!

Our Running Community is an inclusive space for runners of all levels who want to connect, learn, and move together. This community isn’t about pace or performance — it’s about shared kilometres, good conversations, and building confidence in your body.

Come and join us at our first run on Saturday 14 March - details below:

Date: Saturday 14th March - meet at 9:45am, leaving at 10:00am sharp
Location: Meet at the Melbourne Street EP Studio (run route will follow the Uni Loop)
After: Coffee at Fika.Adl
Who: Your run leaders - Eliza, Erin and Beck - along with other friendly EP staff/clients
What to bring: Yourself, comfortable running shoes, water, sun protection and any pre/post run snacks you need
Run options: Groups with varying distances and paces will be available. More details will be shared in the WhatsApp group closer to the day.

Everyone is welcome - whether you’re a complete beginner, training for something, returning from injury, or simply love running with others.

Our Grange Road Flinders Park studio is growing by the day with a number of classes and 1:1 session times available from Monday to Thursday.

This means we have more choice and greater flexibility for classes and 1:1 sessions for our current clients (goodbye waitlists!) AND clients have access to another ONERO site from a provider who has been delivering the ONERO program for more than five years.

The Grange Road Flinders Park Studio is located only 6km from the Adelaide CBD in a light, bright studio. It's everything you love about our Melbourne Street Studio in another convenient location in the western suburbs.

Eliza and the Saturday 9:15 STRONG class shared the love this Valentine's Day!

With the brief to wear something pink or red, the class delivered in style with lots of bold red lipstick, a Pink Floyd t-shirt, a red tutu skirt and even a bright pink wig.

Best of all, every exercise was completed in full costume, proving once and for all that you absolutely can lift heavy weights while wearing red lipstick. Well done, ladies!

These words grace the entrance of both the EP. EP. Exercise Physiology + Movement studio spaces.

I wrote this in the very early days of this business, when I still knew every client by name and when I was wearing ALL the hats (practitioner, admin, HR, cleaner, finance… you name it, you do it all in the early days).

The words literally streamed out of me. It was such a clear, visceral feeling, via words, as to why the EP Studio exists and how I want those who walk through the doors to feel.

My hope is that it’s resonated with clients over the years.

My hope is that this is how they feel inside our space.

My hope is that these words may have been a positive turning point for someone.

I wrote these words thinking of others.

However, over the years, these words have become my reminder. My way to get out of my head and into my body, the “feeling” space of what truly matters and why this business exists. To fully embody the essence of the EP Studio and all that she brings to me, our team, our clients, and the greater community.

At the end of this year, we will hit 9 years of the EP Studio. I still know MANY of our clients by name, some of whom have been there since the beginning (my deepest gratitude to you!). I still wear many hats on occasion, not out of necessity, but because that’s what you do as a business owner.

My hope is that these words can also lift our team, our clients, and the greater community during difficult times.

Because sometimes we all need to do a little less thinking, and a whole lot more feeling and moving.
