Hard work isn’t just working harder because it’s the new year and you’re in the mood. begins when doing it anymore, when it seems pointless, when it’s “too hard”.
If you’re New Years resolution is to work harder, that’s great for 1 or 2 months but then what? Be because consistency pays off more than short bursts of hard work.
New Year, New Me.... nahhh, New Year, same me, same grind, different goals.

A lot of people find it hard to eat while being out and about, whether it's , or it really isn't. If you know the difference between a healthy meal and an meal this really shouldn't be an issue. I'm not having a go at anyone but we live in a today where healthy food is at an in every or we go to.

"If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you" I'm a firm believer of this. This can really be said about any aspect of life; , , , , and what not. But the challenge has to be right, no worth pushing yourself to your limits if this "challenge" doesn't align with your goal. That's where I see the most failure or drop offs, people grinding aimlessly which turns into a complete halt and then they're unhappy and disappointed in themselves.
EVERYTHING needs to be RELEVANT, don't fill your time with unnecessary clutter. Identify your goal and work toward it! ----------------------------------.
